Stress relief tipsIn my previous articles I explained how stress can be the result of having two conflicting thoughts in your mind at the same time. (for example) wanting to go home early while having a pile of unfinished tasks. Stress usually happens whenever a thought occupies your mind and then another one tries to occupy your mind at the same time.
