When life gets really tough you always have two choices. The first is to do nothing ,remain where you are and to keep sliding down the downward spiral. The second is to admit that life can be tough then start to fight to make it better.

Yes you can get out of this tough life and create a better one but you need to move. Usually the people who stay still find that their problems are increasing and that their lives are getting worse while those who move usually find a way to improve their lives.
