What is Love?

Apart from the feeling you get when hormones such as Phenyl ethylamine is pumped into your blood, love is an emotion triggered by your subconscious mind to bring you closer to a person whom your subconscious mind thinks that he is of importance to your well being.

Suppose that you were having a down time and someone kept helping you everyday in getting over it, in this case, your subconscious mind will find that staying with that person improves your mood and so it makes you love him to assure that you are going to stay close to him.

Why love Him?

You may now be asking yourself, why didn’t I consider him as a normal helping friend?
The answer is simple, if he matched your unconscious criteria mentioned in this article, you will love him and if not, he will just become a good friend.

What is Real Love?

Real love is a combination of need, compensation & unconditional love. You may love a person because you need him, because you are compensating for the things you don’t have or because you love him unconditionally. However, the more you shift away from compensation and need towards unconditional love the more it’s a healthy relation and the more its real love. I think its impossible to have a relation that doesn’t contain those two factors(need&compensation) but the bottom line is, keeping their percentage lower in the relation compared to unconditional love.
