Will power and momentum

Lots of people fail to achieve the goals they were after not because they lack the required abilities but because they give up too soon.

Try to develop a new good habit and you will find yourself doing a lot of effort in the first few days but after that It will become an automatic process that requires no effort.

We usually need our will power to start doing something from the scratch but as we keep doing it everyday the momentum takes over and gives us the energy we need to continue going.

So will power is needed in the beginning when there is no other motivating force to keep us going until we reach the point where other factors can motivate us to continue.

Why most people fail to achieve their goals

Lots of people aren’t aware of the concept i just explained. They stop trying and blame the lack of motivation they had because they don’t know that sooner or later motivation was going to come as a result of the progress they made.

In order to achieve your goals you must be emotionless. Some people procrastinate because they feel bored, others stop because they lose hope while a third group quit because they find no results.

The only type of people who reach their goals are those who continue going with disregard to the different emotions they experience. They experience boredom, lack of motivation, loss of hope, depression but they keep going and that’s why they always reach what they want.

How to achieve my goals

The formula for achieving anything you want is simple. Put in mind that in the beginning you might experience lots of bad emotions and that the only motive available might be your will power ,however, if you kept going another source of motivation will appear as a result of your momentum. You should put all of your emotions aside then run forward as much as you can and sooner or later you will reach a point where most of your bad emotions will disappear as a result of the achievements you made.

if i were to summarize all this in one point it would be, keep going forward whatever happens and you will achieve your goals.
