Of course you wont unless you want to become the victim number 300 and in this case you will store your anger inwards and you might become depressed as a result. So depression is a special case of anger where there are no options available for dealing with its causes.

  • Know your enemy: No its not the unfairness of life or your bad luck but it’s the lack of you skills, hard work and problem solving abilities. Instead of blaming everyone else for your pain and becoming helpless learn how to analyze the situation to find the real object that you should direct your anger towards
