The benefits of laughing

Many people aren't aware of the benefits laughter can bring to their lives.
Laughter can do the following to you:

  • decreases the risk of heart diseases
  • improves the mood
  • enhances the immune system
  • Laughter produces hormones that make you feel better
  • Laughter lowers your blood pressure
  • Laughter can relax your muscles and improve your brain functions

Every problem that we come across in our lives is nothing more than a test to our strength and our coping strategies. A problem can be an opportunity to develop more life skills and to grow. People who understand this fact become stronger with each problem they face.

Some people tend to regard the problem as the end of the world and not as a beginning of a new challenge. As soon as the problem happens they feel bad, cry, collapse and even lose hope at the same moment they encounter it.
