Ask 100 different persons about true happiness and you will get 100 different answers. Actually all of the answers are incorrect because what makes me happy is very different from what makes you happy.

If you want to be happy everyday then do the following:

  • Find out your happiness keys: What are the things that you like doing the most? or when was the last time you felt really happy? answering these questions will help you find the keys to your own happiness. Always remember that your answers might be very different than the answers given by others simply because each one of us is different
  • What's holding you back?: Find out the things that are holding you back from seeking your happiness keys. Are you so busy working? Do you procrastinate? are you not giving your pursuit of happiness a priority? After you find what's holding you back make some changes to your life so that you make sure that you are doing enough effort to get closer to your happiness keys
  • Do you do something that you hate? : It might not be possible to avoid all things that we dislike but what about the things that we really hate? Are you in an abusive relationship that is making your miserable? Are you unable to tolerate your stressful job? You will never be happy before you reduce the frequency of doing the things that you hate in your life
